Job Summary:
An entry-level secretarial position responsible for delivering basic secretarial services under supervision. This role focuses on standardized processes and routine operational activities while developing core competencies. The position handles low-complexity tasks within established frameworks, with all work subject to review by Senior Officer.
What you will do :
- Execute corporate secretarial and governance tasks including preparation of board and general meeting documents, minutes, resolutions, and statutory updates
- Conduct compliance and due diligence activities including client file reviews, CDD document verification, bad press checks, and transaction monitoring
- Provide administrative and client support by processing payment instructions, monitoring cash collection, and proactively flagging service issues
- Maintain accurate records and system updates including time sheets, planning information, and organizational structure documentation
- Support bank relationship management through account opening assistance, periodic file reviews, and signatory change coordination
What we are looking for:
Educational Background:
- You hold a degree and/or related professional qualification
Professional Experience:
- You have internship or 0–1 year of experience in a similar role
