We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will take ownership of key responsibilities related to the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, as well as supporting ITSM processes and automation initiatives. We are seeking a technically mature and independent person who can efficiently join an existing environment, ensure its stability, and develop new functionalities. How do we work? 📄 B2B contract 🌍 100% remote work Responsibilities Development and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules CSM Creating and developing integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP) Business process automation using Flow Designer Supporting ServiceNow deployments and environment maintenance Analyzing existing solutions and proposing scalable improvements Collaboration with technical and business teams Supporting architectural and technological decision-making We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with the ServiceNow platform (mid/senior level) Has very good knowledge of JavaScript Has experience configuring and developing ServiceNow modules CSM Understands system integrations (REST API, SOAP) Can work independently within an existing environment Knows best practices for solution design and process automation Is fluent in Arabic and English Nice to have Experience in DevOps / CI/CD Knowledge of IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Experience with MID Server Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) Knowledge of ITIL processes Experience in iterative product development projects ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD) 🚀 If you would like to work on the development of the ServiceNow platform, have a real impact on optimizing IT processes, and co-create solutions for clients around the world — send us your CV.
