THE MISSION?

• As the focal point of each Mama, the bar is an important place of life for our customers. Our guests must be in good hands with you.
• You ensure the smooth running of a personalized service at the bar: from order taking to payment.
• You make and serve cocktails and drinks with expertise and good vibes 🍸🍹🤩.
• Before service, you ensure proper set-up and replenishment of the bar.
• The customer experience has to be perfect ✨ and you guarantee it.

MADE FOR YOU? ONLY IF…

• You can handle the pressure, and we're not talking about the cooker.
• Detail is important to you, nothing is missing thanks to your anticipation!
• Like an elephant, you never forget a face (or a drink order) 😉.
• You are like Shiva, you have as many arms as customers facing you.
• You are attentive 🤗 and friendly, you are overflowing with kindness and don’t know what to do with it!
• The bar is your playground and you pamper it: clean and tidy, your apartment has never looked so clean!
• You create & engage in a warm atmosphere for Mama, forget Coyote Ugly, we prefer you behind that on the bar 😜.

• First verse: We’ll schedule an initial phone interview with our People & Culture team to see if your application fits our rhythm. 🤳
• Chorus: Once you’ve passed the phone interview, we’ll set up an online meeting 💻 or an in-person meeting at Mama 🤝 so you can meet the Gang!
• Last verse: Of course, you’ll hear back from us within two to three weeks at most, whether it’s a ✔️ or a ✖️.
