Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business requirements Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and other hiring channels Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on business requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders Manage candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process Ensure timely offer rollout and onboarding coordination Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports Build strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and closures Support bulk hiring and drive planning activities whenever required Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Freshers or candidates with experience in recruitment / talent acquisition can apply Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques Preferred Skills: Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc. Good stakeholder management skills Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
