Job description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents
- Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales processes
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales administration or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Required Outstanding negotiation and closing skill
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred)
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
