Job description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments
  • Maintain an organized filing system for sales documents
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales processes
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales administration or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Required Outstanding negotiation and closing skill
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred)
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
