Intern/Junior Sales Support Specialist

Job description
In this position, you will support the sales team in the daily management of electricity and gas sales processes for business clients. Your work will focus on key administrative and operational tasks, from preparing quotes, through managing commercial documentation and the CRM system, to supporting partner network settlements. This is an ideal position for those seeking flexible employment (contract or internship) who want to gain valuable, practical business experience and gain an insider's perspective on the dynamic energy industry.
Scope of responsibilities
- Support for bidding processes: preparing quotes and calculations for electricity and gas for business clients;
- Ongoing support for the agency network: assistance to cooperating agents in operational matters, provision of necessary information and full process support;
- CRM system management and commission settlements: entering and updating data in the CRM system, supporting periodic settlements with the partner network and verifying data required for commission payments;
- Support for debt collection processes: payment monitoring and team support in soft debt collection activities;
- Preparation and management of customer satisfaction surveys: creation, distribution and analysis of surveys assessing the quality of the sales process after concluding a contract with a customer;
- Verification of document correctness: verifying the completeness of documents in formal terms (contracts, assignments, termination notices, etc.);
- Documentation and archiving: organizing and entering data into internal systems, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Education: higher education (completed or in progress); students or graduates of the following fields are welcome: administration, economics, management, energy, marketing, logistics or related fields;
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office programs (especially Word) and the ability to work efficiently with documents;
- Analytical thinking skills, reliability and accuracy in working with documentation;
- Independence, good work organization and willingness to develop;
- Fluent knowledge of Polish; knowledge of English will be an additional asset;
