Insurance Operations Analyst with French (2:00pm-10:pm) We are looking for an Insurance Operations Specialist with French language skills to join our Aon Captive & Insurance Management (ACIM) team in Kraków. In this role, you will support end-to-end insurance operations processes for international clients, working closely with stakeholders across Europe and globally. What the day will look like Manage insurance policy lifecycle activities (issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations) Support claims processes, including data entry, documentation, and tracking Handle premium processing, invoicing, and follow-up on receipts Coordinate Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) and regulatory-related activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records in internal systems Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Actuarial, Compliance) and external stakeholders (brokers, TPAs, auditors) Support client queries and day-to-day operational requests Participate in process improvements, transitions, and system updates (including UAT) Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and audit requirements Skills and experience that will lead to success English – fluent (mandatory) French – good working level (B2+/C1) Experience in insurance operations / policy administration / claims / finance Good understanding of insurance lifecycle and documentation (P&C or captive insurance preferred) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders #LI-KW3 #commercialriskandreinsurancesolutions 2026-101604 Insurance Operations Analyst with French (2:00pm-10:pm) We are looking for an Insurance Operations Specialist with French language skills to join our Aon Captive & Insurance Management (ACIM) team in Kraków.
