About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse range of technical and professional functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in direct sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and data‑driven hiring, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Direct Sourcing - Focus on proactive sourcing methodologies to attract top talent across multiple business areas.
• Full‑cycle Recruitment - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from hiring manager briefing to offer management.
• Cross‑functional Hiring - Recruit for a wide range of technical and professional roles across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing regular updates on requisition progress.
• Sourcing Strategy Development - Build and implement effective sourcing channels to develop strong, relevant talent pipelines.
• Data‑driven Reporting - Track and report recruitment metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Project Participation - Lead and contribute to internal TA projects aimed at improving processes, tools, and candidate experience.

Who You Are:

• Recruitment Expertise — Significant experience in RPO, agency, or in‑house environments, managing full end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Direct Sourcing Skills — Proven ability to design and execute direct sourcing strategies.
• Flexibility & Adaptability — Ability to adjust quickly to changing business needs and support additional priorities when required.
• Senior Stakeholder Management — Strong communication and influencing skills when partnering with senior leaders.
• Process Agility — Comfortable navigating evolving processes and implementing improvements swiftly.
• Language Skills — Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
