Position: People Analytics Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India, Hybrid
About the position
As People Analytics Manager, you will own Flora Food Group's global people analytics, reporting, and insight capability.
Reporting to the HR Information Technology Lead, this is a highly visible role operating across the global People & Organisation function. You will be responsible for ensuring our people data is trusted, accessible, secure, and transformed into meaningful insight that supports workforce planning, talent decisions, organisational effectiveness, and business performance.
You will partner closely with HRIT, People & Organisation leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Digital, and Data teams to deliver world-class analytics products and dashboards. Beyond reporting, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand the story behind the data and enabling better decision-making.
This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management, data governance, and leadership. You will oversee external development resources, drive continuous improvement, and play a critical role in shaping the future of people analytics across Flora Food Group.
Key responsibilities include:
People Analytics & Insights
- Own the delivery of global people analytics, reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
- Develop meaningful insights that support workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement, diversity, and organisational effectiveness.
- Present trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and actionable way.
- Translate complex data into business-focused narratives that support decision-making.
Dashboard Development & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting products.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to business priorities.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and self-service reporting across the People & Organisation function.
- Lead the evolution of core reporting products, ensuring they remain relevant and future-focused.
Data Governance & Quality
- Own global reporting standards, metrics, definitions, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure people data is accurate, secure, and compliant with data privacy requirements, including GDPR.
- Partner with HRIT and operational teams to resolve data quality issues and improve data integrity.
- Manage access controls and governance processes across reporting platforms.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for people analytics and reporting globally.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Finance, Digital, and Data teams.
- Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and support senior stakeholders with data-led recommendations.
- Communicate clearly around data limitations, governance standards, and reporting methodologies.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive automation of reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
- Explore new tools, methodologies, and visualisation techniques to improve insight generation.
- Lead external development partners, ensuring delivery quality and alignment to business requirements.
- Partner with HRIT, Data Analytics, and Automation teams to ensure analytics, systems, and data architecture remain aligned.

We're looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded, and stakeholder-focused data professional who can combine technical expertise with strong business partnering skills.
People Analytics & Reporting Expertise
- Proven experience in people analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or data-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
- Experience owning end-to-end reporting products and delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
Data & Systems Capability
- Strong understanding of modern HR technology landscapes, including systems such as SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, and related platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud-based data platforms, and data warehousing concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of data structures, governance, and reporting standards.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Exceptional partnering skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate insight clearly and succinctly.
- Comfortable presenting dashboards, recommendations, and data-driven stories to leadership teams.
- Strong empathy and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and hold stakeholders accountable.

- Experience managing third-party providers, external developers, or delivery partners.
- Highly organised, self-reliant, and capable of managing competing priorities independently.
- Naturally curious, with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for solving problems.
