Drive Cash Flow Excellence and Finance Transformation as a Senior Analyst – Collections
Location: Bengaluru
Hybrid
The Senior Analyst – Collections is responsible for driving effective receivables management, improving cash flow performance, and minimizing overdue debt across a global customer portfolio. The role serves as a key partner to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely collections and resolution of disputes. Working within the Order-to-Cash function, the incumbent manages complex accounts, supports risk mitigation, and provides actionable insights through data analysis. The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer relationships while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance. The analyst is also expected to lead process improvement and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency. As a senior team member, the role contributes to finance transformation programs and supports best practices across the collections function.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Strong Collections & Accounts Receivable Expertise
Deep understanding of Collections, AR management, aging analysis, dispute resolution, and cash flow optimization. - SAP & Analytical Proficiency
Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AR/FSCM, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyze financial data to drive collection strategies. - Stakeholder Management & Negotiation Skills
Ability to influence customers and collaborate effectively with Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve issues and accelerate collections. - Continuous Improvement & Transformation Mindset
Proven experience identifying process improvement opportunities, driving automation, and supporting SAP-led finance transformation initiatives. - Ownership & Leadership Capability
Demonstrates accountability for portfolio performance, manages escalations independently, and supports mentoring and development of junior team members.
