Your New Role…
As the OPEX FP&A Senior Analyst you work within the Global OPEX COE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the financial processes related to OPEX spend.
Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis of the Opex costs. You will support the business partners in decision making and provide required reporting to senior business and FP&A stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities…
•
Support month-end close from an FP&A perspective, including OPEX P&L variance analysis and review of actual spend with business partners and budget holders.
•
Summarise key financial insights to support decision-making and improve business unit and regional profitability.
•
Contribute to monthly cost forecasting, including preparation, system updates, and ongoing tracking of financial performance.
•
Support the annual budgeting process, including template design, review of planning assumptions, and development of business cases.
•
Provide accurate, timely and relevant reporting, ensuring clear interpretation and communication of financial results.
•
Partner with business stakeholders on day-to-day finance needs and actively participate in cross-functional interactions.
•
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting, including ad hoc analysis and cost management support.
Qualifications & Experience…
•
3+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A, with strong understanding of OPEX forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles (accruals, prepayments, cost recognition).
•
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, combined with advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint capabilities.
•
Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) and a strong affinity for digital solutions in FP&A.
•
Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) completed or in progress is preferred; media industry knowledge is an advantage.
•
Proactive, self-driven and flexible approach, with strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
