Overview Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist will interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues and problems. **Note** this role is for future opportunitties on a active and funded contract. Responsibilities Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programsincluding retirement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 7 years experience Federal Retirement and Counseling FERS/CSRS experience Public Trust Clearance Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programsincluding retirement.
