Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, high-ownership Senior Full Stack Developer to join our AI solutions team. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale end-to-end AI-powered applications, integrate automated workflows, and build intuitive user-facing experiences. This role requires a strong engineering mindset combined with solution-oriented thinking. Beyond implementation, you will be expected to identify architectural bottlenecks, propose scalable improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into reliable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities AI & Backend Development Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python for AI model integration, workflow orchestration, data processing, and API development. Integrate AI/LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications and internal platforms. Ensure application reliability, performance optimization, and maintainable architecture. Frontend Development Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using AngularJS / Angular and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences for AI-driven applications. Workflow Automation & Integrations Leverage Google AppScript to automate internal workflows and integrate G-Suite tools with core business applications and AI systems. Build custom automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Full Stack Ownership Contribute across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Work closely with QA, DevOps, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and operational stability. Problem Solving & Optimization Investigate complex production issues and technical debt with a focus on root-cause analysis and sustainable long-term fixes. Recommend architectural and process improvements to enhance scalability, maintainability, and system performance. Technical Requirements Core Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS / Angular, HTML, and frontend
