Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for 1 projectYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success
To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
To follow and continuously improve project management system, contract review and APQP processes
What Do We Expect From You:
Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator, facilitator and problem solver in front of customers and suppliers alike.
Provide effective oral and written reports to department heads, customers and suppliers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent structured problem solving skills.
Skills in resource planning and leveling
Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP
Understanding the requirements in IATF 16949 Quality System
