Job description
Oversee daily travel operations, ensuring smooth booking, ticketing, and customer support. Lead and manage a team, providing training and support to ensure high performance. Handle corporate travel accounts, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions. Manage GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and NDC platforms. Resolve ticketing and reservation issues, including re-issuance and exchanges. Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, airlines, and travel partners. Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and industry standards. Handle emergencies and last-minute travel disruptions with a problem-solving approach. Requirements Minimum Graduate Degree (IATA Foundation Diploma preferred, Diploma in Travel & Tourism considered). Strong knowledge of GDS, NDC, and corporate travel policies. Ability to manage 24/7 operations and work under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
