Position Summary Provides overall creative leadership for Marketing Services, ensuring all published materials—both on and off property—are strategic, brand-compliant, and aligned with Solaire’s standards and departmental requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Creative Leadership Develop and implement creative strategies that align with briefs and Solaire branding. Manage multiple creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Direct and oversee the work of Graphic Artists, Animators, and Photographers. Serve as the key resource for executing materials across all media, ensuring quality and brand compliance. Provide direction for both visual and written content. Supervise the creation of digital, print, video, and social media materials. Handle high-level creative tasks and assignments from upper management. Team Leadership Inspire and lead a team of designers, writers, and multimedia professionals. Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment through mentorship and training. Requirements Key Competencies & Relevant Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent; advanced education is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD, Lightroom, Spark, Dimension, After Effects, etc.). AI Tools: Familiarity with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and others. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of online advertising and marketing trends, especially in luxury hospitality and integrated resorts. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work with high-profile clients and large groups. Attention to Detail: High level of precision and quality control. Ownership & Collaboration: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Experience Required Years of Experience: 10–12 years total, with at least 8 years as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar setting. Industry Experience: Creative work for integrated resorts, hotels, F&B, luxury, or hospitality brands is a significant advantage.
