RTR Controller (m/f)

For our international Client, a globally recognized brand, we are looking for an experienced RTR Controller. In this role, you will support RTR controlling activities and manage technical finance processes such as FMD activities (cost center creation, cycles, FICO analysis) and Compass reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights.

Responsibilities

• perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reclasses, and GtN adjustments,
• manage PO accruals and GR/IR clearing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding items,
• support TopDown and allocation cycle processes,
• prepare and analyze financial data, P&L reports, and reporting packages using Compass,
• execute transactional activities in FMD, including cost center creation and FICO analysis,
• monitor SD agreements and assess their financial impact,
• support reporting for RP Countries and Zone CPD & PPD,
• investigate variances, provide financial insights, and drive process improvements,
• collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to ensure high-quality financial reporting.

Requirements

• university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• 3+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
• in-deep understanding of RTR processes,
• high interpersonal and communication skills,
• attention to detail and thoroughness,
• very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset,
• knowledge of SAP, Blackline, Compass, and Magnitude systems will be an advantage.
