Job Title: Assistant General Manager - Projects (AGM)
Job Type: Full Time
We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager - Projects (AGM) to join our team for an ultra high rise residential project. As the AGM, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all project activities from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and track project progress and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or budget
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in ultra high rise residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
