As our Pain Management APP, you will be a vital leader in delivering specialized, patient-centered care within a dynamic clinic setting. We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for individuals struggling with chronic and acute pain. This role is ideal for an APP passionate about neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal pain, or interventional pain therapies seeking to contribute to innovative solutions and foster patient well-being.

Every day you will take personal accountability for delivering comprehensive pain management care, collaborating closely with physician partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and the optimal plan of care. You will function as an expert practitioner in pain assessment, interventional procedures, and patient education, supporting a collaborative, evidence-based approach to pain relief.

To be successful in this role, you will be a certified Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a strong background or keen interest in Pain Management. This includes exceptional clinical assessment skills, the ability to formulate precise diagnoses, and a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. You must demonstrate a collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills for patient and family education, and a dedication to lifelong learning in pain science and advanced pain therapies.

  • Provide comprehensive direct patient care: This includes conducting clinical examinations, interpreting test results, developing and managing patient care plans, writing orders and prescriptions, and facilitating admissions, discharges, and specialist referrals.
  • Collaborate and coordinate care: Work closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes, actively participating in the development and evaluation of clinical care provision.
  • Educate and advocate for patients: Deliver essential patient and family education on health problems, treatment plans, self-care, and prevention, while also serving as a resource and advocate for patients throughout their medical journey.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and records: Accurately and confidentially document all patient interactions, interventions, responses, and outcomes in patient charts and medical records, including discharge summaries.

We are offering a competitive base salary of $158,849, complemented by an incentive plan, a $6,901 sign-on bonus, quallity incentives, and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
