Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive international client acquisition across the International markets . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business opportunities for IT services including Data Science, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions .
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and securing projects from international markets through different online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, email marketing, cold calling, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project pitches.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and business opportunities.
- Represent the company in international business meetings, online conferences, and exhibitions if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT business development or software sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in international client hunting and project acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or PeoplePerHour.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Existing international client portfolio will be a plus.
- Experience working with global startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
- Understanding of AI solutions, SaaS products, and cloud-based technologies.
- Digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
