Job description

What will you do?

  • Contribute to the implementation and support of Assess & Develop processes and tools: Learning Management System, Performance Management System, Talent Management System.

Participate in tool testing following system updates or process improvements.

Provide basic training to bpost colleagues on the use of tools supporting Assess & Develop processes.

Monitor shared Assess & Develop mailboxes and act as first-line support by answering questions. Manage inbound/outbound phone calls and emails related to Learning, Talent Management and Leadership Performance processes.

Support the compilation and/or design of process support documentation.

  • Coordinate training schedules

Contact internal and external points of contact.

Develop and communicate planning to relevant stakeholders.

Implement planning in the relevant tools.

Follow up on changes.

  • Provide support in the area of reporting

Retrieve existing reports and create basic reports to perform analyses under the supervision of an Assess & Develop colleague, with the aim of monitoring and improving Assess & Develop processes and KPIs.

Perform recurring report updates.

Test newly created reports within the tool used for process monitoring and follow-up.

  • Document existing procedures and activities and perform checks on Assess & Develop processes. Proactively provide improvement proposals for existing processes and procedures. Participate in targeted HR projects.
  • Provide logistical support for the organisation of training sessions and information sessions related to Assess & Develop processes: room bookings, technical setup for webinars or team meetings, follow-up on attendance.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks to support the service: prepare and follow up purchase orders (POs), carry out ADI processes.
  • Proactively propose and implement improvements to existing processes and workflows.

Who are you?

*Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

*Required experience level for the role: At least 2 years

*Language skills

  • Basic knowledge of the second national language
  • Basic knowledge of English

*Technical knowledge required for the role: Advanced knowledge of office applications Basic knowledge of setting up and managing Teams meetings and webinars Basic knowledge of a Learning Management System or other management software Basic knowledge of process management
