Retail Claim Manager

Requirements;

• Male/Female with max age 45 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree in any major or related fields
• Min 12 years experiences in underwriting and claim
• Min pass AAAIK certified
• Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, complain handling and negotiation skill
• Good command in English
• Solid knowledge and strong competency of general insurance business, claim process, policy processing, customer services, IT and project management
• Develop and implement operational claim strategy for Retail Claim Services (majority motor Vehicle and Travel insurance claims) to meet expected level of customer satisfaction
