Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for Junior Help Desk Support to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve login issues, password resets, and basic application/system problems.
  • Log, track, and update incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring users are informed throughout the process.
  • Support workstation relocations, including computer, monitor, and structured cabling changes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
  • Familiarity with using help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
