As a Tagetik Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy within our Finance practice. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their financial goals. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
- Leading financial consulting projects to enhance client financial performance and decision-making
- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Managing financial shared services to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing financial strategies and solutions tailored to client needs
- Overseeing financial data mining and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to support client reporting requirements
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance project delivery
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines for deliverables
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
