As a Technology Managed Services Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks, all while driving continuous improvement and optimizing processes, tools, and services. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, and communicate effectively to convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be instrumental in developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the overall success of our firm. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will be key. You will initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels, make difficult decisions, and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness, all while modeling professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations and enhance efficiency
- Overseeing delivery teams and managing program performance to meet client expectations and service level agreements
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize managed services processes, tools, and services
- Utilizing project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within budgetary constraints
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational performance
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation
- Applying systems thinking to analyze and address complex problems and opportunities within managed services
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine service offerings and strategies
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus on objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
