As a Technology Managed Services Director, you will lead the strategic direction and oversee the delivery of outsourced solutions within our Managed Services practice. Your role involves managing key processes and functions to help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. You will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Director, you will set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping client engagements. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategic direction and execution of managed services to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Overseeing the transition and management of service delivery teams, confirming alignment with client objectives and performance metrics
  • Driving business growth through the identification and conversion of market opportunities into successful client engagements
  • Managing budgetary and resource allocation to optimize service delivery and operational performance
  • Implementing continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
  • Developing and maintaining executive-level client relationships to foster trust and collaboration
  • Promoting technological advancements and automation solutions to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to cultivate leadership potential and drive professional development
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement business transformation strategies

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 14 to 20 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
