As an Oracle Tech Senior Manager, you will lead our client-facing teams in delivering innovative Oracle technology solutions within our Advisory practice. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, leveraging your skills to enhance business application consulting and Oracle technology implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
As a Senior Manager, you will apply your advanced skills to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving project success and delivering quality results. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Oracle technology solutions, working within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP sector. Your commitment to excellence and strategic advising will contribute significantly to the success of our firm and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle technology projects and driving business transformation initiatives
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system capabilities
- Developing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher solutions to support data-driven decision-making
- Building relationships with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and service excellence
- Promoting rapid experimentation and embracing change to innovate solutions
- Coaching teams and providing feedback to foster professional growth and inclusion
- Validating data integration processes to confirm accuracy and reliability within Oracle systems
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Leading business transformation initiatives with strategic technology planning
- Innovating process improvement and optimization strategies
- Excelling in client support within finance technology environments
