ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Creative Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist at Savvital, you will be dedicatedly paired with one of our high-growth US-based marketing agency clients. In this dynamic role, you will act as the operational engine for creative production and paid campaign fulfillment.

You will bridge the gap between high-level campaign strategy and hands-on execution—taking ownership of creative content design (video/photo) while managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google).

This is a completely on-site role based at our Islamabad office, operating during US business hours to maintain close collaboration with our international partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creative Production & Fulfillment: Design, produce, and edit high-quality marketing videos and photos tailored for client social channels and paid campaigns.
• Paid Media Management: Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and gauge campaign traction, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
• AI Tool Integration: Smartly leverage modern AI tools alongside your personal marketing expertise to automate processes and elevate campaign performance.
• Niche Audience Targeting: Customize and deploy campaign strategies designed to convert leads for local service industries (including contractors, roofers, builders, and law firms).
• Agency Growth Support: Deliver high-quality, reliable creative and campaign results to support our client's rapid portfolio expansion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Proven experience running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and managing end-to-end creative production.
• Design & Video Skills: Deep proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and/or Canva for photo and video editing.
• Agency Background: Prior experience working within a fast-paced marketing agency environment is highly preferred. Experience targeting trade services (contractors/roofers) or legal professionals is a major plus.
• AI Literacy: Comfort using modern AI tools to streamline copywriting, graphic design, or performance analysis.
• Shift Readiness: Absolute comfort working night shifts ( US business hours ) to align directly with our partners.
• Communication: Flawless English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative choices.
• Location: Must be able to work completely on-site at our Islamabad office.
