The Mission: Elevating the User Experience
As a Customer Success Advisor, you will act as the vital link between a leading technology giant and its user base, transforming routine inquiries into excellent customer interactions through genuine empathy and resourceful troubleshooting.
- Omnichannel Assistance: Help users via phone, email, and live chat, acting as a trusted expert on search functionalities and digital tools.
- Intelligent Troubleshooting: Correctly identify and resolve technical issues or account anomalies with speed and precision.

What You Need

Hours & Scheduling
- Weekly Hours: A consistent 40-hour work week (consisting of 5 working days at 8 hours per day).
- Shifts: Rotational schedules operating Monday through Sunday, strictly between the hours of 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM (leaving your late evenings completely open to enjoy Lisbon's nightlife and social culture).
