Job description

Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in the heart of Seminyak. They are seeking an analytical and commercially driven Revenue Manager to optimize the resort's revenue performance, develop effective pricing strategies, and maximize profitability across all revenue-generating segments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue management role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong background with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand analysis.
  • Experience using revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and online distribution platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance data.
  • Solid understanding of distribution channels, market segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to drive commercial performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and revenue reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor market demand, booking pace, competitor pricing, and industry trends to make informed pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Manage daily pricing, room inventory, restrictions, and distribution across all sales channels.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue performance reports to support business planning.
  • Analyze historical data and market performance to identify revenue opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align revenue initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee online distribution channels and ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and optimal channel performance.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and recommend strategic actions to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Present revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee and senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve revenue management processes to support the property's long-term commercial success.
