Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to Polish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and chat Assist clients with booking travel arrangements and provide detailed travel information Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible client experience Inform clients about promotions, services, and updates to enhance their travel experience Gather client feedback to help improve service quality
