As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be ensuring the protection and integrity of digital platforms by monitoring, investigating, and managing safety concerns effectively. Your fluency in Polish and your expertise in digital safety will be critical to maintaining user trust and compliance with platform policies. Key Responsibilities Monitor digital content and user activities for potential safety risks and policy violations Respond promptly to safety reports and conduct thorough investigations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance safety measures Provide education and guidance to users on digital trust and safety best practices Analyze safety data trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and innovations in digital safety Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of trust and safety issues within the organization

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Proven experience in digital trust and safety, cybersecurity, or a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Detail-oriented and proactive in risk identification and mitigation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Familiarity with digital safety tools and relevant technologies is an advantage.
