Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will work directly with Norwegian-speaking clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored technology solutions designed to meet those needs effectively. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery. Responsibilities Communicate with Norwegian-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and objectives Develop and present customized solutions addressing client requirements Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless implementation Provide training and ongoing support to clients to maximize solution value Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solution details Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Proven knowledge of technology solutions and consulting processes Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Relevant experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
