Job description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Fitbit Product Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, offering a fully paid relocation package. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with innovative health technology products and deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking Fitbit users. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in troubleshooting product issues, guiding them through device features, and ensuring a positive user experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese through various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat Diagnose and resolve Fitbit product issues efficiently Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems Work closely with technical teams to escalate and solve complex problems Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers Offer feedback to improve products and customer service processes

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer support, ideally in product or technical support roles Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation assistance provided Experience with CRM and customer support tools is advantageous
