Role Summary We’re looking for a Junio r People Business Partner who will support managers and employees in day-to-day people matters, help deliver core HR processes, and contribute to building a positive, high-performing work environment. In this role, you will partner closely with the People and Culture team and business stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experience, strong people practices, and smooth execution across the full employee lifecycle. What you will do: Support managers across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, internal moves, and offboarding Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related questions Help coordinate and execute core people processes , such as performance review cycles, engagement activities, and talent initiatives Support senior Business Partners in handling employee relations cases E nsure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and HR standards Support the implementation of people initiatives aligned with business and team needs Contribute to building efficient, scalable, and employee-friendly people processes
What We’re Expecting You To Have: 2–3 years of experience in HR , ideally as a HR Generalist, HR Advisor, People Operation Specialist , or similar role Experience supporting managers and employees in day-to-day HR matters across the employee lifecycle Experience working in international settings and collaborating with teams across different locations , time zones, and cultural backgrounds Good knowledge of HR best practices, local employment law, and HR policies/processes Confidence in handling routine employee relations topics, with good judgment on when to escalate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for opportunities to automate or simplify people processes Comfort working with HR data, reports, and people systems Fluency in English, with strong communication skills Very good knowledge of MS Office
