Senior RTR Accountant (m/f)

For our Client, leader of beauty market, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) RTR Accountant with English, who join to RTR team and who have a real impact for process of improvements.

Responsibilities

• posting and reviewing General Ledger entries in line with Group accounting policies, including provisions, accruals, and adjustment journals,
• performing month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy of balance sheets, sub-ledgers, and trial balances,
• reviewing and controlling payroll-related accounting entries,
• analyzing and preparing reports on provisions and their movements,
• reconciling balance sheet accounts and executing key financial controls in accordance with internal standards,
• preparing ad hoc financial analyses and management reports,
• supporting quarterly and annual group reporting processes, including consolidation reporting (CONSO),
• conducting detailed balance sheet reviews and identifying discrepancies,
• ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the General Ledger and Reporting area,
• preparing documentation for internal and external audits and acting as a point of contact for auditors.

Requirements

• university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• 3+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
• in-deep understanding of RTR processes,
• high interpersonal and communication skills,
• attention to detail and thoroughness,
• very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset,
• knowledge of SAP, Blackline, Compass, and Magnitude systems will be an advantage.
