Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Data Scientist .

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible to develop analytical models, data products, and AI-driven solutions that transform people data into actionable insights, enabling HR and business leaders to make evidence-based decisions that improve workforce outcomes and business performance.

what you will be doing

• Advanced Analytics & Modeling
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to identify drivers of workforce outcomes (e.g., attrition, performance, engagement)
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and model designs
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to generate insights
• AI & Automation
• Build and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience
• Leverage LLMs and prompt engineering for qualitative data analysis (e.g., feedback, performance reviews, job ads)
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analytics workflows
• Data Platform & Engineering Collaboration
• Work with data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud / analytics environments) to access, process, and analyze data
• Collaborate with data engineers and central analytics teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines

what we are looking for

• University degree
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• SQL and data manipulation techniques
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning methods
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks
• Causal inference, behavioral data analysis, or experimentation
