Your impact
As Key Account Manager, you will be fully responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our Accessories portfolio within the Polish and CEE market.
You will work closely with leading retailers, e-tailers, distributors and business partners while collaborating with international teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain.
Your success will directly influence our market share, profitability and brand presence in the region .
What you will do
•
Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the region
•
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key retail, e-commerce and distribution customers
•
Negotiate annual business plans, commercial agreements and promotional activities
•
Drive sales growth, market share and profitability across the accessories portfolio
•
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
•
Monitor market developments, competitor activities and consumer behaviour
•
Lead product introductions, assortment planning and portfolio optimization
•
Ensure strong in-store and online visibility of our products
•
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches and promotional programs
•
Manage forecasting, inventory planning and sales performance reviews
•
Act as the voice of the Polish and CEE market within the international organization
What you bring
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development
•
Experience within Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Audio, IT, Telecom or FMCG is highly valued
•
Proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial growth
•
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
•
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
•
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions
•
Experience working in an international and matrix organization is a plus
•
Fluent Polish and professional English
