Your role As Bellboy Shift Leader , you will oversee the bell team operations, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests. You will coordinate luggage handling, guest transportation support, and lobby operations, setting the tone for a warm and professional welcome at Nômade.

What you will do

Lead and supervise the bell team during daily shifts

•

Ensure smooth luggage handling for arrivals, departures, and room moves

•

Coordinate guest transportation requests and logistics

•

Provide a warm, attentive, and efficient welcome and farewell experience

•

Support front office operations and lobby flow management

•

Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction

•

Train and guide bell staff to deliver exceptional service

•

Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in lobby and storage areas

•

Assist with guest requests and special arrangements

•

Coordinate closely with Front of House and Concierge teams

Who we’re looking for

Experienced hospitality professional in bell services or front-of-house operations

•

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

•

Guest-focused with a proactive and friendly attitude

•

Physically fit and hands-on approach to daily operations

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

•

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

•

Previous experience as Bell Captain, Bell Shift Leader, or similar role

•

Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest arrival/departure procedures

•

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

•

Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple requests

•

Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)

•

Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
