Expert Strategic Demand Analyst – Digital Transformation
Job description
Responsibilities
- Analyze and clarify business demands related to IT services and infrastructure.
- Evaluate the alignment of initiatives with strategic organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Develop detailed business cases covering costs, benefits, risks, and organizational impacts.
- Ensure initiatives comply with budgetary frameworks, public procurement regulations, and available resource capacities.
- Prioritize and consolidate initiatives within the existing IT project portfolio.
- Prepare decision-making dossiers to support governance boards and demand management committees.
- Coordinate with procurement, architecture, finance, and PMO teams to validate project information.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis within large-scale organizational environments.
- 8+ years in IT Project Management and Process Management & Optimisation .
- 8+ years in Business Architecture and Change Management specifically for digital transformation programs.
- 8+ years performing Financial Analysis and Cost-Benefit Analysis using Power BI .
- 5+ years working with Compliance Standards , Data Management , and security regulations such as GDPR or NIS2 .
- 5+ years of experience with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
- Proven experience navigating Public Procurement processes and vendor selection.
- You possess excellent conceptual reasoning and the ability to structure complex information for executive decision-makers.
- You're a proactive communicator capable of bridging the gap between business, IT, and support functions.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch with intermediate knowledge of the other language and active knowledge of English .
Nice to Haves
- Professional experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence integration.
