Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Clerk to join our team at Msuez Uk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store's inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist in setting up and organizing displays and promotions
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position, with a standard workweek of 40 hours. The Retail Clerk may be required to work weekends and evenings, depending on the store's operating hours. The work environment is primarily indoors, in a retail store setting.
