Terminal Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking experienced Terminal Manager to oversee the daily operations of their freight terminal. As a Terminal Manager, you'll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient freight handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations, including freight handling, storage, and transportation.
• Supervise and manage terminal staff, including drivers, handlers, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage inventory levels, track freight movements, and optimize storage capacity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in terminal management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification, forklift operator certification, or other relevant certifications.
