Organisation/Department We are partnering with a premier global airline group to find a Medior/Senior Business Product Analyst with Aviation & Data Analytics Focus for their team. In this role, you will be a key player in scaling a highly valuable, proprietary optimization tool that handles flight rebookings—a product so successful it saves the company millions and is currently expanding across the wider airline group. You will bridge the gap between development teams in Budapest and business stakeholders in the head office.
Job description •
Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to understand discrepancies, identify root causes, and build accurate reports and dashboards to guide business decisions.

Process Design: Analyze, create, and optimize business processes using modeling tools, clearly explaining the consequences of changes to commercial stakeholders.
•
Proactive Stakeholder Management: Maintain highly transparent, open, and frequent communication with international teams via digital collaboration tools and occasional face-to-face workshops.
Requirements •
Industry Experience: A solid understanding of the airline domain. You must know how flight reservation/booking systems work and understand airline-specific concepts.

Experience Level: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
•
Data & Tooling Skills: A strong interest in data manipulation. Proficiency in SQL and experience with PowerBI or Python is highly preferred. Experience with BPMN modeling, Enterprise Architect, or Collibra is a significant plus.
•
Communication & Drive: Outstanding English communication skills. We need an open, proactive "driver" who loves diving into microscopic data details but can present the big picture effortlessly.
