Organisation/Department We are looking for a Technical Senior Business Product Analyst to join the team of a world-renowned international airline. In this role, you will be embedded in the platform responsible for flexible flight planning, acting as the critical link between cross-functional teams in Hungary and the Netherlands. Your specific focus will be supporting and modernizing the core systems that manage crew and fleet planning.
Job description •
System Transition & Support: Assist in driving the 2-year transition away from a major legacy vendor application to a modernized, future-proof application landscape, while ensuring the continuity of current operational products.

Requirements & Data Mapping: Conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, including API definitions, data mappings, and SQL queries.

Test & Incident Management: Own integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), support incident management, and assist with complex technical configurations.
•
Process Optimization: Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design "to-be" workflows, and drive user adoption.
•
Stand-by Rota: Participate in a rotating stand-by duty schedule to provide critical business support outside regular working hours (including weekends when on duty).
Requirements •
Experience: 4–5 years of solid experience as a technically-minded IT Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
•
Language Skills: Flawless, fluent English (both written and spoken). Communication is critical here—you must be able to confidently navigate complex discussions with international stakeholders.
•
Technical Stack: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and familiarity with how APIs operate. Experience with business process modeling is a major plus.
•
Mindset: A highly proactive, curious, and resilient professional. You aren't afraid to initiate relationships across borders and dive deep into a complex business domain. A genuine interest in aviation is essential .
