Summary: The Strategy & Sales Development role is central to driving revenue growth and client success at Pulse. This position is responsible for crafting and executing data-informed sales strategies that align with organizational goals while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. By acting as a strategic partner to clients, the individual will translate business objectives into tailored marketing and media solutions, collaborating across editorial, production, influencer, and operations teams. The role demands a proactive approach to market intelligence, client relationship management, and performance analytics, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns and sustained client satisfaction. This position plays a key role in positioning Pulse as a forward-thinking, client-centric partner in a dynamic digital landscape. Responsibilities: Develop and implement high-impact, insight-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Transform client briefs into actionable, integrated solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Design and deliver compelling media, influencer, and digital marketing proposals customized to client needs. Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovation to maintain Pulse’s market leadership. Build and nurture strategic client relationships through regular engagement and consultative advising. Lead discovery sessions and present Pulse’s offerings to prospective clients with confidence and clarity. Deeply understand clients’ business goals and market challenges to deliver bespoke, results-oriented solutions. Serve as the primary internal advocate for clients, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery. Leverage data to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM (Zoho). Prepare and share timely pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and revenue reports with internal stakeholders.
