Gender Youth and Social Inclusion Officer

Summary: The Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) Officer plays a vital role in advancing equitable participation and access to programme opportunities for marginalized groups, including women, youth, and other vulnerable populations. This position supports the integration of gender, youth, and social inclusion principles across all programme interventions, ensuring that activities are inclusive, responsive, and impactful. The officer is responsible for data collection, monitoring, community engagement, and reporting to strengthen accountability and inform adaptive programming. By fostering inclusive environments and amplifying underrepresented voices, the GYSI Officer contributes significantly to the programme’s mission of sustainable and equitable development. Responsibilities: Support the implementation of gender, youth, and social inclusion activities across all programme interventions Collect and maintain data on GYSI indicators and participant engagement Assist in conducting gender and social inclusion assessments, surveys, and field monitoring activities Facilitate awareness sessions and community engagements on gender equality, youth empowerment, and inclusion Document and report GYSI-related activities, lessons learned, and success stories
