Finance Specialist (P2P & Accounting) – Corporate Services (all genders) (Any location in Poland)

Location: Warszawa,Mazowieckie,Poland

At Tenthpin, we are seeking for a Finance Specialist to join our internal team in Poland, supporting key accounting and Procure-to-Pay activities in an international environment.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for professionals with 2-6 years of experience who thrive in detail-oriented financial processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting operations

• Ensure accurate processing of invoices, month-end closing activities, and compliance requirements

• Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting tasks

• Maintain high-quality data integrity and documentation standards

• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal control frameworks

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions

• Provide support during audits and regulatory processes

• Contribute to continuous process improvements

Your experience

• 2-6 years of experience in P2P, Accounting, or Finance operations

• Good understanding of Polish accounting standards and basic German GAAP

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)

• Structured, organized, and proactive way of working

• Strong communication skills in an international environment

• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset

• Fluent Polish and basic German and English skills (reading and conversational level)
