Summary: The Administrative and Finance Associate is a vital role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both administrative and financial functions within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and timely payment execution. Reconcile bank statements and oversee petty cash management. Assist in the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and regular financial reporting. Track and analyze expenses and revenues to support financial planning and decision-making. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting scheduling, office supply management, and correspondence handling. Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records through efficient filing and data entry. Support payroll processing, employee onboarding, and the maintenance of confidential personnel records. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards. Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews as needed. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate closely with management to deliver financial insights and operational support that drive organizational success.
